The materials on this website (the "Site") are provided by United States Shooting Academy, Inc. (USSA) as a service to its customers and partners and may be used for informational purposes only. The Terms and Conditions set forth below apply to all visitors to or users of this Site. By accessing this Site or downloading any materials from this Site, you agree to be bound by these rules and regulations. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site or download any materials from it. No portion of this Site may be reproduced in any form, or by any means, without prior written permission from United States Shooting Academy, Inc.

Privacy Policy

Rest assured that your personal data is secure; USSA will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. If you don't wish to receive marketing communications from us, simply indicate your preference once you sign-in on My Account.

Class Scheduling Options, Class Reservations, Refunds, and Cancellations:

The United States Shooting Academy has several scheduling options that will allow a variety of class selection and length options. These options are as follows:

Option 1 Individual Class selection: Students may choose and attend an individual class ranging from 1 day to 12 days long; depending on the subject they choose.

Option 2 Intensive Program: Students may choose any two or three classes that are scheduled in succession, and take them back to back. Students may combine handgun and rifle classes if they choose. This option will allow students to receive all of the material taught in successive courses such as USSA Tactical Handgun 1, 2, and 3 in one trip!

General Class Details:

To reserve a spot in any class, a minimum 50% deposit on tuition is required, with the balance due on or before the first day of class.
Payment will be refunded if more than thirty (30) days notice of cancellation by student is given.
A student is allowed one (1) date change of the selected course without incurring a rescheduling fee, so long as the date change occurs more than 21 days prior to the start of the enrolled course.
A student may reschedule to another class within the twenty-one (21) day window but NO LESS than seven (7) calendar days prior to the class start for a $50 administrative fee.
If a student fails to attend a course and/or fails to reschedule prior to seven (7) calendar days before the morning of the first day of the course, that student will forfeit his or her tuition.
If a student is a no-show and provides no proper notification to USSA, the student will NOT receive a refund of course tuition.
All classes will be conducted in bad weather such as rain or snow so please bring appropriate clothing. We will not stop training unless the weather presents a safety hazard, in which case students will have the option to reschedule for another class with approval from the Director of Training.
Students who exhibit unsafe behavior or fail to adhere to the USSA range and safety regulations will be warned and then removed from class if they continue the unsafe behavior and will NOT receive a refund on their tuition.

All payments will be refunded in full, if USSA should cancel a course for any reason.

Trademarks

The trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed on this Site are the property of USSA or other third parties. Users are not permitted to use these Marks without the prior written consent of USSA or such third party which may own the Mark. USSA and the USSA logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of United States Shooting Academy Inc., in the United States and/or in other countries. All other brands, products, or service names are or may be trademarks or service marks of, and are used to identify, products or services of their respective owners.

User Submissions

Any comments, information or other materials of any kind whatsoever posted to this Site or transmitted to USSA such as questions, comments, suggestions, or the like regarding USSA Products and Services, this Site and the Materials and other information discussed on this Site, or any other products or programs of USSA will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by USSA prior to your submission. USSA shall have no obligations to you with regard to its use or disclosure, and USSA shall be free to use, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, perform, display and distribute the Comments, including any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained, for any and all purposes without limitation, and to authorize others to do so as well. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material that would violate any law.
