The United States Shooting Academy was formed in 2004 to be the preeminent firearms training and competition facility in the nation. Located on over 90 acres in the Cherokee Industrial Park in Tulsa, Oklahoma, The United States Shooting Academy encompasses over 30 pistol ranges, numerous 100 meter carbine ranges, a 300 meter rifle range, and a 36 point PPC range. Additionally, USSA has a multi-lane fully programmable computer controlled reactive steel range, pneumatically resetting plate rack ranges, programmable turning target ranges, and an automated shootoff range. Furthermore, students and competitors have access to our fully ballistic rifle rated live-fire training structure as well as our 360 degree training range. We believe that our facilities are second to none.

The training division features some of the nation's finest instructors representing hundreds of years of cumulative experience. Each instructor has been evaluated and selected not only for their individual skill level, but more importantly their ability to effectively teach the class curriculum to the individual student. Presenting a quality, consistent product is at the core of our training program.

The competition division is able to host matches of more than 1000 participants. USSA was host to the USPSA National Handgun Championships in 2006, 2007, and 2008; the IDPA National Championships in 2009 and 2010; and the U.S. SWAT Nationals and U.S. Sniper Nationals in 2009, 2010, 2011 with 2012 on the planning books. We plan on hosting approximately four national level competitions every year. We also hold multi-discipline monthly matches including USPSA, IDPA, USSA PRO-AM, Steel Challenge, 3-Gun, and USPSA rifle only competitions.

Tulsa, Oklahoma is an excellent host city for the facility. Our location in the center of the United States, year round shooting weather, major international airport, extraordinary shopping, museums, casinos, and many other attractions, make Tulsa not just a destination, but the destination for all things shooting.

The membership division offers several levels of range memberships from a pay-per-visit to a full access come as often as you want plan. Our memberships allow anyone access to our state-of-the-art training systems and shooting bays. Term memberships also offer discounts on products from our proshop and firearms and services from our custom shop.
