Current Opportunities
Product and Services Sales Associate
USSA, a recognized leader in self-defense training, corporate team-building events, machine-gun rentals and family range memberships, is currently hiring for a Product and Services Sales Associate to work in our fast-paced environment. Some of the duties and responsibilities with this position include, but are not limited to:
- Utilizing a sales tracking database to document all daily sales activities
- Actively prospecting for new clients through telephone calls, emails, area canvassing, business visits, etc.
- Coordinating / selling custom personal training packages for customers
- Prospecting and selling USSA training courses
- Prospecting and selling USSA range memberships
- Occasionally representing USSA at trade shows / local arms shows
- Operating a Point of Sale system to process membership paperwork
Some of the qualities we are looking for include:
- Must hold a valid driver's license
- No felony convictions (a background check will be conducted before hiring)
- Prior sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Patient and level-headed
- Must be able to provide world-class customer service to our clients before, during and after the sale
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work harmoniously with other USSA Staff Members
- Must be able to work on Saturday
Salary and benefits:
- Base salary plus commission - Income potential is unlimited
- 5-Day / 40 hour work week (minimum)
